Community Involvement:
Jim has served on the board of directors for 2-1-1 Wisconsin and the Gateway Technical College human services advisory committee. He also is a founding member of the Homeless Assistance Coalition of Racine County, past president of the Statewide Grants Association and vice president of Racine Housing Coalition.
Fun Fact:
He studied at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music and has a music collection that includes thousands of recordings.
Hobbies:
Jim works hard, but he is also passionate about his avocations, particularly motorcycling and music. He believes strongly in the benefits of travel, having covered nearly every state (many by motorcycle, including Hawaii), as well as Canada, Mexico, the British Virgin Islands, Scotland, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Austria.
