Located in a suburb of Minneapolis, St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church was laboring under debt from previous expansion projects, which limited the church’s ministries and organizations. Parish leadership wanted to relieve the debt burden so that the parish could expand its ministries as the Brooklyn Park area continued to grow. In addition, the parish wanted to add an access road to ease Sunday traffic congestion and wanted to make meeting spaces more versatile. In partnership with the Steier Group, St. Vincent de Paul raised nearly $2.5 million for the work. And it is now debt free.
