St. Patrick Catholic Church partnered with the Steier Group for its Proud of Our Past … Focused on Our Future Capital Campaign. The Council Bluffs, Iowa, parish set out to raise funds to create a better facility and reduce the loan needed to fund construction. Strong leadership from the pastor, campaign volunteers and campaign counsel all contributed to make the campaign for this parish a major success. The parish is now worshiping in a beautiful, larger church. The St. Patrick community partnered with the Steier Group for a second fundraising campaign, Building Our Father’s House, in 2017. In 2022, the parish partnered with the Steier Group for a third time – this one was a combined campaign with the larger Diocese of Des Moines effort. In total, the three campaigns raised more than $9.6 million.
