In honor of the parish’s 100th year, the St. John the Evangelist Parish and School leadership sought input from the community for guidance in implementing its master plan. Thanks to these “discovery workshops” and a thorough campaign planning study, the needs and priorities of this Seattle community became clear. St. John partnered with the Steier Group for the Honor the Past, Embrace the Present, Secure the Future Capital Campaign. The funds raised with this endeavor will allow the parish and school to relocate the rectory and convert the current building into office space, renovate Quigley House into the home of its preschool and extended care, and add four new classrooms to the main floor of the school. The community joined together to achieve all of these goals through a successful fundraising campaign.
