South Dakota Lions Eye Bank launched a capital campaign with Steier Group to build a new facility. The challenges were two-fold: Sioux Falls area business expansions required Lions Eye Bank to relocate its facility; and there was an increased demand for eye and tissue transplants and recovery services, therefore demanding a larger facility. With the help of the Steier Group, enough funds were raised to build a new facility that now provides the Eye Bank staff and recovery technicians with the appropriate environment for the procedures and research they perform every day.
