With the guidance of the Steier Group, Immaculate Conception Church, a parish in Lafayette, Colorado, embarked on a capital campaign to provide campus-wide improvements and address some immediate needs of the parish. For this growing community, the existing facilities did not adequately meet their needs, let alone the future needs. With an eye to the future, this campaign raised funds for the construction of a new church, social hall, parish office wing and religious education area.
