The Steier Group partnered with the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas on a year-long communication program, which laid the ground work for a major gift fundraising effort to address existing debt. The Steier Group helped secure two $3 million lead gifts to jump-start this major gift appeal. At the direction of Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann, the Steier Group assisted with the design and implementation of a Year of Faith initiative in addition to the private appeal. This program provided all parishes with the necessary resources to reinvigorate their families in the Catholic faith, while also strengthening each parish’s stewardship and development programs. To date, this appeal has raised more than $14.1 million for the archdiocese.
