Woodside Village Church in Woodside, California, serves as a hub of life for this small community. In partnership with other local organizations, the church created the Village Hub, a not-for-profit, interfaith, creative expression of the Village Church. It is a common space for all people to connect, learn celebrate and care. After serving the community with the Village Hub for a few years, it was time for the church to invest more into it. Goals included improving and expanding Guild Hall, adding an HVAC, replacing the roof, expanding indoor space for the Coffee Bar and expanding the restrooms. Woodside Village Church partnered with the Steier Group for executive counsel of the Lift Up Our Village Capital Campaign. The successful effort raised more than $820,000, exceeded the need of $675,000 to achieve all of the campaign goals.
