Strategically combining a capital campaign with the Diocese of Nashville, leadership at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and School in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, sought the opportunity to reduce some of the planning and pool resources to fulfill the long-term vision of both the diocese and the parish. In addition to the goals of the diocese, St. Rose will address parish needs like reorienting the campus to make space for a new gymnasium and expanding space for community outreach.
With an extensive understanding of the greater community and resources already in place to create a tailored campaign for the needs at hand, St. Rose of Lima partnered with the Steier Group to create the One Faith, One Family, One Parish Capital Campaign. With all services provided under one roof and with the combined support and strategy of the diocese campaign, the successful effort raised an additional $4.4 million for this community.
