When the Steier Group was hired, the parish community of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church was divided about whether to move forward with the capital campaign fundraising effort. After a positive planning study, the priorities of the campaign were set: general maintenance and renovations to the interior of the church, building a new entrance with the addition of a bell tower, a maintenance endowment fund and relief for St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish in New Orleans. The parish, located in St. Charles, Missouri, now enjoys a beautifully renovated church after a successful campaign that raised 112 percent of its goal.
