Faced with lingering debt from a land purchase and constructions projects, Holy Trinity Parish in El Dorado Hills, California, partnered with the Steier Group for a debt reduction campaign. In addition to the debt, the campaign funds would address critical repairs and create a reserve fund for future issues. Unfortunately, the parish launched the public phase of the campaign right before the world shutdown with the coronavirus pandemic. Parish leadership stayed the course and continued to raise funds. In addition, Holy Trinity worked with Steier Group to steady offertory giving during the initial stage of the pandemic. Through all of this, the campaign raised $2.8 million, eliminating the parish’s lingering debt.
