Located in the former Yellow Ribbon Theater of Branson, Missouri, Freedom Encounter required significant renovations to have expand its offerings. With a mission to educate future generations about America’s founders and founding principles, theatrical productions are presented to captivate hearts and minds, and to help instill appreciation for the foundation of freedom. But upgrades were needed for Freedom Encounter to enhance the aging theater space. The renovation plan of the museum included developing the 57,800-square-foot building to include an experiential museum, a children’s colonial village-themed play area, cafeteria, bookstore and more. The multi-faceted fundraising project called for the expert planning and execution of the Steier Group, partnering together to create the Forwarding Freedom Capital Campaign. The strong effort, led by Freedom Encounter leadership and patrons, was a success, and the campaign raised 153% of the low-end goal.

A Customized Approach
We founded our firm on the belief that the best capital campaign is one that is customized and executed by one team, under one roof. When you hire the Steier Group, you eliminate the need to contract with additional vendors for services like copywriting, graphic design, grant writing, video production, website development or wealth screening. We reject the one-size-fits-all approach to fundraising and embrace every opportunity to design a capital campaign plan that will maximize our client’s fundraising potential.
