Bethel Lutheran Ministries in Morton, Illinois, had a dream of uniting its church and school on one campus. Its church building was no longer in condition to serve parishioners. As a result, church leadership chose to embark on a campaign to raise funds for a new church building located next to Bethel School. The Steier Group partnered with Bethel Lutheran to design an accelerated timeline that allowed the church to meet its pressing construction deadlines. The congregation moved into its beautiful new church in 2015. Bethel Lutheran partnered with the Steier Group for a second time for a debt reduction capital campaign. The two campaigns raised more then $5.9 million.
