The Steier Group partners with churches, schools, dioceses and other nonprofit organizations across the U.S. and Canada. And we are GROWING. The Steier Group is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, but most employees reside elsewhere across the country.

During a campaign planning study, we take the time to learn about a community and then customize a capital campaign plan the will help that community find success. Each campaign will face unique challenges. Our employees thrive in these situations and find creative ways to overcome challenges.

We’ve put the fun in fundraising since 1997. What started as a small firm in the Steier family attic, we maintain a culture of family despite growing in size each year. We work collaboratively as a team, including monthly all-hands training sessions. And, each year, the whole team gathers in Omaha for the annual meeting and Christmas party, allowing us to stay connected.

Steier Group partners with clients all across the country. Our campaign managers rack up airline miles and hotel points by traveling onsite Tuesday to Thursday each week to work alongside our partners. Travel is an important part of the work we do and you’ll get the perks that come with weekly travel.
