Ross has been an avid scuba diver since he was three years old. His father, a dive master, would hold Ross under his arm while he dove, and he has loved it ever since.

Ross enjoys running, cooking, and watching college baseball and football.
What I like about the Steier Group:
In my former profession as a college minister, I enjoyed building relationships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and then equipping them to respect and serve one another under a common mission. I am excited for the opportunity to do something quite similar with the Steier Group where I can continue to serve churches and communities by equipping local churches and communities to serve with and for one another under a common goal.
