What I like about the Steier Group:
I enjoy working with volunteers the most. Often, they are hesitant because being part of a fundraising volunteer team is rarely on the top of someone’s bucket list. Through my work, I get to help them overcome their hesitancy. Then, when they are successful in receiving a pledge, I get to help them celebrate! It’s a wonderful moment.
