Back in 2005, St. Thomas More Catholic Parish in Centennial, Colorado, set forth an ambitious plan to renovate its oldest facilities. Eleven years and two fundraising campaigns later, the time had come for a final push to complete the master plan. Parish leaders knew the challenge would be designing a capital campaign to excite the faith family and overcome any donor fatigue. The Steier Group designed a campaign that focused on areas where parishioners come together outside the Eucharist (the previous campaigns had renovated the church and built a rectory).
