With a growing parish, the St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Community in Billings, Montana, developed a master plan with an eye toward the future. Working with the Steier Group, St. Thomas launched the Continuing the Vision — Building for the Future Capital Campaign to increase church seating, expand fellowship and office areas, improve site development and add parking.
