After remodeling the parish worship space in 2011, it was time for St. Richard’s Catholic Church in Richfield, Minnesota, to address other campus needs. Parish leadership partnered with the Steier Group on a campaign planning study to determine how much the parish could raise and make a plan for a strong capital campaign. Armed with this knowledge, the Sharing Our Gifts, Building Our Future Capital Campaign was a great success. Parishioners shared time and money to help the church improve the exterior walls, repave the parking lot, renovate bathrooms and the parish hall, install a modern security system and update school classrooms. Thanks to strong leadership and guidance from the Steier Group, the St. Richard’s community will enjoy an improved campus for years to come.
