St. Paul the Apostle Parish in Horseshoe Bay, Texas, partnered with the Steier Group to conduct a capital campaign to build a new parish social hall. Priorities of this campaign included parking lot improvements, construction of a new family life center, church renovations and a church office addition. Despite the small size of the parish, the effort surpassed its goal. In 2014, the parish renovated and expanded its main church and dedicated the Finn Family Life Center.
