St. Cecelia Catholic Church in Algona, Iowa, partnered with the Steier Group in an effort to enhance its parish community through expanded ministries, services and outreach. The capital campaign funds were directed toward a reconfiguration of building space, additional parking options, construction of a new parish center and increasing the parish endowment fund. All parishioners were asked for a five-year pledge and, as a result, the parish exceeded its campaign goal. Because of generous donors, the church was able to celebrate the blessing of its new parish center.
