St. Anne Catholic Community in Houston, Texas, had an ambitious plan to raise more than $20 million for a complete campus overhaul. Planned projects for the expansion of this parish and school included a new gym, parking garage, expanded accessibility, three new conference rooms, additional office space, a new stage and rehearsal space, and a large ministry space. The community rallied behind the effort but still fell short of goal. Faced with additional funds to raise, St. Anne’s leadership knew they could use guidance for the final wave of the capital campaign. The Steier Group partnered with St. Anne to finish this extensive fundraising effort. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Steier Group helped St. Anne with communications pieces to maintain relationships with parishioners despite stay-at-home orders and online Mass. This laid the foundation for finishing off the campaign with a successful final wave.
