Marshalltown Area Catholic Schools in Iowa partnered with the Steier Group to conduct a capital campaign to consolidate two campuses. An aging school building on the St. Mary’s campus was demolished and an addition was built on the St. Henry campus. Due to the success of the fundraising effort, all students and faith formation programs are now housed at one location. The campaign also funded the addition of office space and a more secure entrance, a new kitchen and an endowment for teacher salaries and technology.
