The Steier Group was hired to design and lead this capital campaign for the Diocese of Fargo‘s home church. The project provided renovation funding for the cathedral social hall, parish office and classroom building. In addition, funds from the campaign added handicap-accessible entrances and constructed a new adoration chapel. Despite being an inner city parish, the campaign secured a lead gift of $3 million and received pledges from many non-parishioners who were willing to support this community landmark.
