After emerging from bankruptcy, the Diocese of Wilmington in Delaware wanted to turn the page on a difficult chapter while also building financial stability for the community. The fundraising effort focused on funding a lay employee pension plan, CDOW trust for the welfare and retirement of priests, and sustaining Catholic ministries. Parishes in the diocese also benefited from this important effort, which raised more than $31 million.
