Church of the Little Flower

Church of the Little Flower in Springfield, Illinois, hired the Steier Group to run a capital campaign to provide for a variety of needs: debt elimination, a new HVAC system, replacement windows and doors, removal of the quonset hut and numerous upgrades in the school’s kitchen. With the guidance of the Steier Group, Little Flower initiated a parish-wide strategic planning process to build unity and strengthen a sense of ownership in the future of the church community.

In 2020, Church of the Little Flower partnered with the Steier Group for a campaign planning study and second capital campaign. This campaign raised more than $1.2 million to repair the church roof, replace the school roof and fix the parking lot.
