Located in the heart of Omaha, Nebraska, this unique capital campaign used creative approaches to address the parish’s exiting debt. A repeat client, St. Pius X Catholic Church took on debt in order to renovate an aging church. Although this campaign exclusively supported the needs of the church, school parents and alumni were asked to make gifts. The parish was able to raise more than enough to pay off the building debt with the possibility of addressing other needs as well.
