Time was of the essence for leadership at Marian High School in Omaha, Nebraska. The last capital campaign conducted by the all-girls school found success but had taken seven years to complete. The school could not afford such a long endeavor this time around. With that in mind, Marian partnered with the Steier Group for the Confident to be Marian Capital Campaign. With the help of a fundraising consultant, Marian could conduct a campaign to renovate its campus and grow its endowment on a faster timeline. Creative communication approaches and video testimonials helped provide momentum for this successful effort.
Following this success, Marian High School again enlisted the Steier Group for executive counsel to raise funds for the completion of the Outdoor Athletic Complex. Due to a strong partnership that brought the Marian community together in support once again, the Class A Crusaders have now completed the construction of the complex; Marian is an even stronger place for young women today and for the future.
