Our Clients – Success Stories

Blessed Sacrament Parish, in Springfield, Ill., has raised more than $4.5 million in its Building on Tradition Capital Campaign.

With a growing enrollment at the parish school, Blessed Sacrament leadership hired the Steier Group to conduct a feasibility study in May of 2009. Based upon the positive results of the study, the leadership decided to embark on a capital campaign to expand and renovate Blessed Sacrament’s elementary school. The needs included: new classrooms for an expanding pre-school, enhanced library and media center, new multi-functional gymnasium and a new wing for office space.

More than 700 parishioners, school families, staff, alumni and area businesses made a commitment to the future of Blessed Sacrament. With this kind of enthusiastic and dedicated support, Blessed Sacrament was very pleased with the result of the campaign.

“The Steier Group was a pleasure to work with! They were extremely effective in planning, organizing, coordinating and directing all aspects of our effort,” said Fr. David Hoefler, pastor of Blessed Sacrament Parish. “I was impressed with the company because they did what they said they would do. In addition to the campaign, the Steier Group offered us expert service in the areas of graphic design, grant writing, marketing and communications. Everyone from the on-site campaign manager to the communications experts and executive team proved to be professional, honest and extremely hard-working. Their dedication and enthusiasm energized our volunteers and united them toward reaching our goal.“

Blessed Sacrament Parish finalized its building plans and prepared for construction to start in March 2010.
