- Mary, Chief Financial Officer of the Steier Group, is the business manager for the firm. Mary earned her law degree and undergraduate degree from Creighton University. She worked in private law practice before partnering with Jim to establish the Steier Group. Mary is a native of Moline, Ill., and a graduate of Alleman Catholic High School.
