- Tom Elser is an Associate Vice President and Director of Communications for the Steier Group. Tom’s enthusiasm and experience play an important role in helping our clients reach their goals. His background includes more than 20 years in fundraising, journalism and marketing. Tom spent the early part of his career serving in the United State Air Force. He graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
